Absolutely ! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery in real time and know the estimated delivery date.
In general, deliveries with Colis Privé take 5 to 8 days on average. You will receive an accurate estimate when placing your order.
We take great care to package your items securely, but if you receive a damaged package, please report this to the delivery person and take photos if possible. Then contact our customer service, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
Unfortunately, we generally cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to double check your information before finalizing your purchase. If you require specific assistance, please contact our customer service.
We have decided to offer delivery through Colis Privé as a free option for our customers. Since Colis Privé is our partner, we are able, thanks to them, to offer you free delivery. Unfortunately, Colissimo does not offer the same conditions. However, we have chosen to cover part of the delivery costs.
SCALAPAY
When you choose Scalapay as your payment option, your total purchase is divided into several equal installments. You pay the first installment at the time of purchase, then subsequent installments are automatically charged to your credit or debit card at regular intervals.
The benefits of Scalapay include the ability to spread the cost of a purchase over several months without paying interest. This makes products and services more accessible by offering a payment option over time.
To use Scalapay, simply choose this payment option during checkout. You will need to create a Scalapay account and provide your credit or debit card details to make payouts.
Scalapay does not charge interest or additional fees.
Yes, you can prepay your payments with Scalapay without penalty. You can find information on how to do this by logging into your Scalapay account on the website.
Yes, the BD DANCE - FRANCE return conditions do not change.
In the event of a return, we will process the refund in accordance with our policy. Once accepted, Scalapay will automatically cancel or adjust the remaining payments based on the amount refunded.
If you have returned an item Scalapay will automatically adjust your payments accordingly. You will not have to make additional payments for the items you returned.
